Information on returns and refunds

We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, packaging film and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you must go to the section Ticket. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping insurance services

At iGilla srl, an Italian company that owns the brand Sanna Watches, we prioritize your satisfaction and our returns policy aims to improve your shopping experience. To initiate a return, simply send a refund request message and we will provide you with a return label within three business days.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Change
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
